Terms of Service

1. What This Service Is

SecureOpenClaw.ai ("the Service") is a hosting and deployment platform that provisions instances of OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework. We do not develop or maintain OpenClaw itself. We provide infrastructure to deploy and run it on your behalf.

2. Experimental Nature

This service is experimental and provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, reliability, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Do not rely on this service for mission-critical or production workloads.

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All data you store in or transmit through your OpenClaw instance, including conversations, files, and any connected service credentials (email, calendar, etc.)
• How you use your AI agent, including any actions it takes on your behalf (sending emails, executing commands, scheduling tasks)
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party services you connect (Google, Telegram, etc.)
• The security of your Telegram bot token and any other credentials you provide
• Any costs incurred through AI model usage (tokens consumed by your instance are billed through the platform)

4. AI Model Usage

Your instance routes AI requests through our proxy to third-party model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). AI responses are generated by these providers, not by us. We do not control, filter, or guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it.

5. Billing

The Service is billed as a monthly subscription via Stripe. AI token usage is tracked and deducted from your instance's credit allocation. If your credits are exhausted, your instance will stop processing AI requests until credits are replenished. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureOpenClaw.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from AI agent actions. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' instances or data
• Circumvent usage limits or billing
• Run workloads unrelated to the intended AI agent use case (crypto mining, etc.)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate instances that violate these terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your container and all associated data (conversations, memory, connected service tokens) will be deleted. This action is irreversible.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes.
